dd7t3434_5hh7qjqgw_bSome things get better with time, like a bottle of good wine, or a strong relationship, but this is not always the case. There are things that just grow old and obsolete, like the coal-heated iron that your great grandmother’s mother used. Unfortunately, the tactics of MLM business has fallen onto the latter category, and as with anything that is obsolete, one should be able to bid it a fond farewell and move on to better things.

Old Ways versus New Ways

There are some basic features that the MLM business industry will always keep, and these really are all-important to the success of the venture.

  1. The network. The fundamental structure of uplines and downlines, plus the clients and the manufacturers still exists. You will need someone to help you with all the work, you will need someone to buy your product, and you will need someone to manufacture it if you aren’t.
  2. The product. The ultimate goal of any legitimate MLM business is to be able to offer and market a product at a reasonable price and with such ease and convenience that customers would not want to look for it anywhere else.
  3. The marketing strategy. There, of course, needs to be a way to deliver the product to the public, let them know that it is available, and for how much and how they can get it.

The differences in the old ways and with Attraction Marketing is that – and this is the most important part – the new way of doing MLM business means that you will not have to be forcing anybody to do what they do not want. The focus this time is to be able to provide them with a product that they have been looking for.

Manufacturing a Need

The old way of selling a product in the old MLM way is to convince them that they need the product. The new method (and a lot better, too) of selling these days is finding a product that people do need and showing them how to find it. In other words, you attract your market to your product.

Building a Relationship

As applied to the process of recruitment, attraction marketing means no longer going after recruits, either. If you build your business on good practices, and healthy, two-sided relationships with your clients, it will grow on its own accord and then people will come to join your network willingly. You do have to remember that attraction marketing and its principles are just tools that can help you. You will do the work yourself. More people are attracted to people who do as they say and not just give lip service.
